Withers-Maguire House

Built in 1888 this historic house is one of Orange County’s oldest homes. It has been updated with a modern kitchen and restroom while the remainder of the house retains its original charm. Perfect for smaller more intimate events with a unique flare of history.

Outdoor Options

Three different outdoor options for all event sizes. Bill Breeze Park is one acre of open space for any type of event or festival. The Wedding Pavilion and lawn is the perfect setting for “I Do” while the Outdoor Garden is a smaller area shaded by beautiful oak trees for intimate gatherings or extra outdoor space.

Ison Center

The Tom Ison Center is suitable for events of 110 people or less, such as club parties, holiday parties, meetings, showers, and rehearsal dinners. The spacious plaza readily accommodates ceremonies or other outdoor games and activities. The Ison Center is available for weekend and evening rentals— based on availability. This venue is located offsite from the Ocoee Lakeshore center at: 1701 Adair Street, Ocoee, FL 34761.
